Our 50km/h electric motor conversion kit with TÜV certification for Vespa Small frame.
swingarm (powder-coated),
4kW electric motor integrated into a 10 inch rim, pre-assembled with 3.00-10“ tires (Michelin S83) and valve, GRP covers for the swing arm.
Electronics housing with pre-assembled voltage converter (48VDC->12VDC) and high performance motor controller, cable harnesses for drive, battery and vehicle pre-assembled and pre-assembled.
Single-battery system
(50km range, battery must be removed for charging)
Stainless steel tray as battery compartment for a battery under the seat.
A battery with 1.5kWh, 50.4V and 3kW power (which gives the kit power of 3kW), as well as a charger.
Dual-battery system
(100km range, batteries can be charged in the vehicle)
Two batteries with 1.5kWh, 50.4V and 3kW each (which gives a kit output of 4kW), as well as a charger. Battery management system for connecting up to 2 batteries in parallel.
Additional cable harness in the electronics housing for the second battery, as well as an extra charging socket on the vehicle, which allows charging on the vehicle without removing the batteries.

Stainless steel construction as battery compartment for 2 batteries under the seat. - Option 2:
Stainless steel tray as battery compartment for a battery under the seat. - Option 3:
Battery step kit for mounting a battery on the step in the passage.
Also included in the delivery:
- Throttle grip sensor classic-clean.
- Additional attachments such as horn 12VDC, replacement throttle tube, brake cable adapter, counter pressure spring and stop sleeve, as well as light switch for round or trapezoidal handlebars.
- Tip: A separate ignition lock is required!
